I’m a Senior Consultant based in Chicago, 4 YOE, MPH + MBA, making $112k base with 10% bonus. Feels low, especially with the travel and client fire drills. Is this normal, or am I underpaid?

Received an offer for an internal promotion and the verbal offer differed from the written offer. Specifically, the bonus verbalized was 2% higher than the offer letter. HR basically just said ‘sorry, our mistake the letter is right’. What would you do?
