I’m a Senior SAP UI5 / Fiori Developer with ~6.5 years of experience.

I currently have two offers and would appreciate insights from people who’ve worked in these orgs:

Offer 1: IBM – 21.73 LPA fixed + 2L joining bonus, annual increment ~5–8%
Offer 2: HCL – 23 LPA fixed

My priorities are long-term growth, stability, learning, and fair compensation.

If anyone has experience with IBM vs HCL at senior levels (work culture, increments, project stability), please share your honest views.

Does anyone know if we can reimburse expenses for items listed in Wageworks while on maternity?

I know we cannot expense phone/internet/ commuter benefit as I am not actively doing work.

However, for other items that fall under wage works reimbursement, I couldn’t find anything in writing yet.

In talks with A&M to come over to their TAG practice from EY FDD as senior associate. Base salary is very competitive on top of the alluring "bonus" structure. 2 questions:

1. Do they normally offer sign on bonuses?
2. Is their any disadvantage between A&M FDD compared to B4 FDD in terms of exit ops down the road? Trying to look 5 years down the line

I have an offer for a Senior Associate role (Investment Banking) for 215k PLN gross in Warsaw (will be moving as a single person, no family) . My current offer in India is for a VP role at 25 LPA gross. Which is a better deal?

On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the most, how pissed would you be if you were a supervisor and you had a new direct report on your team with a higher salary than you? The years of experience are the same, but you have 3 designations (they have 0), you have 3 licenses (they have just 2), they have little to no experience with technical complex claims (you have hundreds), and you have 3 years in management (they have 0).

Dunnhumby - 15 LPA
Gartner - 15 LPA
Any suggestions on which company should I join ? I've 2+ years of experience.

CreditSafe

Basic 8.24 L

Reimbursement component 3.18L

PF 1800 + 1800 = 3600

Base + NO variable = 24.5 LPA

Which one would be better option?

Why CreditSafe has that much reimbursement component? Are bills required to get it?

Why only 1800 as PF in CreditSafe?

I got an offer from infosys for 5.5lpa+75k bonus, & now I have another offer of 7.5k+80k from globallogic. I prefer to join infosys as it is in my home town.
But the catch here is I accepted the offer from infosys, can i talk to HR again to revise my offer as I am expecting at least 6.5lpa. I am afraid if they revoke my current offer also. Yoe:1.5y / cctc:3.85lpa
