My office is super lucky. Only lost 1 person due to relocation and we actually gained more staff and managers. Very surprising when we compare across other groups but I think it’s an indication that we have a good thing going (fingers crossed)

Heard a lot of seniors and managers left in the central region for all the tax service lines.

I recently read an article that reading scores across the board have gone done since 2017, even for advanced students. What is the cause? What are we doing wrong? I think it's due to students reading less in general- more screen time.
