I’m an M2 and was wondering if I should stick it out till SM promo. Can anyone give me what typical salary of a SM 1 is in Digital risk EY in MCOL (ex: Chicago, Austin)? I have a recruiter that reached out for a GRC mgr position offering a range 160-177K and approximate 20% annual bonus. Should I consider this or wait it out for the promo? For ref, i’m at $142K as an M2.
