Initially I asked HR not to release the offer letter. Only received the salary breakup. It has been more than 1 week since I asked not to release the offer letter. Can I ask again for releasing the offer letter? Or I will need to wait for another 6 months to apply ?

How should one apply for onsite jobs (preferably UK) ? Wherever I apply , I get rejected because I mark the field as YES for "I will need Visa sponsorship".

Currently 31 with 6.5 YOE and single . Should have NW of 250k by end of this year. (No significant assets in India). So after two weeks of waiting (and giving up on the idea of getting the job really), the recruiter got back to me.

They said due to month-end and quarter-end close they were busy and couldn’t get back to me as quickly for a “good update”.

The recruiter said the CFO enjoyed our call, she, the CFO, will call me next week directly to “discuss some final things”.
