Agency to brand side is rare. Take it. Going from brand to agency is easy, you can always come back.
THIS
You can always come back, but as someone who made this same move recently, youre not going to want to.

You need to decide what’s right for you. Coming back to an agency with experience at a client that is always valued, especially at a top-tier tech company.
Set future you up for success. Can you make good work that will better your book? Or is it just a better paycheck?
For a creative, that could be a great move. Most likely you’re not going to work on anything cutting edge/super fun and there’ll be a ton of corporate and tech bs, but very comfortable/safe. (I moved to tech, and for my role it sucked, but creatives overall were content).
In addition to this I’m curious about career growth potential and trajectory based on this type of move.
You’ll be fine. Go after the money.

Don’t take career advice from people who don’t know what it is to live off a creative portfolio.
At your age, choose the option where you will make the best work. That will help you make more money in the long run.
