I’m currently employed as a Data analyst, with a CTC of 22 LPA. I’m considering a job change due to a promising opportunity elsewhere, offering a good hike (more than 60% ). However, I feel emotionally hesitant as it would involve relocating to a new city. Before making a decision, I’d like to understand if Barclays typically meets counteroffers to retain employees.
