I have cleared the TCS Technical+ Managerial round.
Now HR is looking for salary discussion. But I don't wanna TCS now as I just have 4 YOE.
I wanna simply decline the offer discussion or reject the offer.
I wanna join TCS later in my career at a Good position when I'll have 6-7 YOE.
Rejecting offer discussion or offer letter will impact? Will TCS block me for a lifetime.

I just left my pre-seed startup that was running out of cash (we made $100,000 in revenue this year, and sunk $1m in costs). I was making $40,000 as a developer (plus 20k stock options at $1/share per year) and they refused to pay me any more money. I have 17,000 vested stock options, total number of shares at the time of my contract was 4million. Do they give 100% of that loyalty allowance annually or they give a part of it annually?
