I'm currently happy at the moment - however with a few changes in managers, etc due to structure. It's seems as it'll take me 3 years from now - 6 in total to move from AR to AM.

I see myself getting there in a year to a year and half.

6 is a long coming from the new manager. And it seems like maybe this new manager has other ideas and expectations whether some may or may not be helpful.

What have you done to push the needle and how successful was it? Whether you stayed with a company/not?
