I have received an offer for an SDE-2 role from an early-stage product-based startup (founded in 2020). At the same time, I am working at Thoughtworks and wondering whether I should continue here for some more time and wait for a potentially stronger opportunity, or take this startup role now.
I’m trying to evaluate this from a long-term growth, learning, stability, and brand perspective.

We flew back from Ireland today on Delta. Our connecting flight from JFK at 6:10 was cancelled while we were flying over the Atlantic Ocean, and we were rebooked on a 3:40 instead (2.5 hours earlier) but not notified.
