I’m currently interviewing with a larger FI than where I am now. My current title is director and the person I interviewed with said their VP might be equivalent to my current director title. For others who have had this type of scenario, do you just focus on the comp package? Do titles really matter?

MasterCard is offering me 13.5LPA as fixed pay and 7% as variable pay.

Have interviewed a couple of people from WK over the past few weeks and have been hearing a lot about how it’s becoming a pretty horrible place to work since Susan came onboard.
