So I've always wanted to apply for Google when I felt ready but apparently they think I'm ready because a recruiter reached out to me. I AM NERVOUS I wanna ace these technical interviews. They've sent me some prep work but PLEASE let me know what else I need to prep, what you did for your software engineer interview or also if you have done hiring for Google what it is you look for in a candidate. Has a candidate ever not finished a white boarding data structure/algorithm and still been hired?
