I’m currently on a 2-month PIP at Deloitte and performing well, but I’m also exploring opportunities outside.

If I resign during the PIP period,will my last working day be the PIP end date, or will I still need to serve my full notice period starting from the resignation date?

A team lead mentioned that resigning during PIP may be the last working day with the PIP end date, but I’m unsure whether this is an official or not.

Has anyone experienced this? Would HR be the right source to confirm?

I got a offer from small service based company of 10 lpa, my experience is 4 yrs in full stack of node & react.

My current CTC was 8 Lpa.

Now, the new company is asking to sign a 1 yr of bond. When I asked HR why, she said you need to sign due to current market situation.

Should I go with this or negotiate further?
