Look for a new job. That’s it. No one is responsible for your well-being other than you
I would leave but if that’s not an option, at least try not to take it home.
I work from home so I had to find a task to do that tells my brain the work day is over. I go to the kitchen and clean it or cook dinner or turn on some music and do a puzzle on my phone. If that doesn’t work I go for a walk. I used to sit in my car and listen to music or the radio for thirty mins to tell my brain work is over.
If you commute, tell yourself you can think about work on the way home but once you’re out of the car, work stays in the car until your next commute.
What also helps is I write down everything I want to accomplish the next day at work before I leave work for the day. That way I’m not worrying about forgetting the due out.
Look for a new job. Your mental health is more important than any job.
Some companies will transfer you to a different location; and some will even pay for your relocation.
Maybe explore if those options are available too. It would give you a fresh start with new faces without the risk of being unemployed for any extended amount of time.
Take care of yourself above all though!
