I’m currently working in a support team where I’m expected to close a certain number of cases each year to meet KPI goals. But, I feel there is limited learning opportunity, and the constant pressure to close cases makes me focus more on numbers than learning.

Because of this, I would like to switch to another team/LOB that offers better learning opportunities, more engaging work, & growth. Could you please advise which team/org/LOB I could consider moving to that also provides job security.

Does anyone know of a coworking spaces that focus on creatives and/or marketing companies? All the ones I know of like technexus, wework and 1871 in Chicago are tech company focused.

Started at a big firm in July with high hopes- in the career path I wanted and I would be joining with other new grads.
After onboarding, it’s as if my team forgets about us every day. The training is non existent, there doesn’t seem to be any initiative to invest in new hires, my manager scolds me for not knowing enough yet gives no direction.
