Two front desk coworkers — one who’s been there for 30 years and another who started last November — are treating me like I’m in daycare. They micromanage me and watch every single thing I do.
I’ve been doing this work for over 25 years. I appreciate learning their workflow, but I’ve already proven I’m a competent professional.
