I’m an L6 SDM at Amazon but a Meta recruiter sent me an M2 sdm job description. I have all the XP I need from previous job experience but does Meta keep your same level as Amazon? Meaning if I am an L6 at Amazon am I automatically interviewing at M1 or can I jump to an M2?Amazon Facebook (Meta)

Honestly, the market is a nightmare and I would take this offer for now. Maybe keep looking or work there six months and bring up the issue again but don't miss out on a job because you don't know when to say when
Is this a real question? If they said no, why are you pushing? Keep pushing and push yourself out of consideration.
Take the job!!! I can't understand why people kill opportunities because of absolute selfishness. $95k is GREAT money. Do you have ANY idea how many people would jump through hoops to get $95k? Stop being selfish and think about what you have sacrificed to get where you are. This is NOT a candidate market....totally an employer driven market right now. Gotta take what you can get. Jeezus....tossing away a position over $5000 a year....$2.40 an hour....SMDH
It sucks to say it, but TAC1 is right. $5k spread across 52 weeks and after taxes is Pennie’s that you’ll never miss.
Some companies aren't able to budge on PTO. They may have a standard allotment for all employees with no exceptions.
Take it or negotiate a signing bonus or salary revision at the 6th month mark.. but 95 k ain’t far off from what you want. Here’s what I’d say:
Thank you again for the offer and for coming back with the revised compensation package of $95,000. I’m genuinely excited about the opportunity to contribute to the team and bring my experience (insert line of work here lol) to support the organization’s goals.
While I’m happy to accept the $95K base salary, I’d appreciate the chance to briefly discuss two points that would make the offer even more compelling: the possibility of a sign-on bonus to help offset the difference in initial expectations, and a performance review at the six-month mark with the potential for a salary adjustment based on contributions and outcomes.
I believe this approach aligns our mutual commitment to success and sets the stage for a strong, long-term working relationship. Please let me know if you’d be open to discussing this further.
Thank you again for your consideration and support. I’m truly looking forward to what we can accomplish together.

It seems you’ve reached the end of the negotiating convo and need to accept or leave it.
I wouldn't ask for more PTO, especially since the company expressed that no additional days off would be offered. You could have the offer rescinded if you keep negotiating the PTO. If you cannot take this job unless you receive more days off each year, move on. I hope this helps!
