I’m genuinely curious: how do you handle situations where leadership thinks something will work a certain way, even though you know (from experience + data) that it absolutely will not?

Not talking about minor differences in strategy. I mean when they confidently give direction that goes against basic best practices, platform rules, or creator psychology… and you’re stuck between wanting to respect hierarchy but also wanting the campaign to not flop.

How have you navigated this?
