I'm going on my 15th year at my current employer, and I am actively looking for another job, I'm seeing it is recommended to list the last 10-15 years of employment on a resume. Should I stick with the current employer and list more of my job description and what I do? How much is too much? Do I bother putting in my previous employers?

The issue I have is that they sometimes take awhile to turn things around. For example, I ask for a draft response to the client, and they take three-four days.
