I’m in an interview process with two companies - I believe just had my final interview with one and have another final scheduled. The outside recruiter is very communicative but the internal recruiter (for the other position) has not communicated with me at all on timeline or expectations of offer/rejection timing (I’m not even sure that was the final interview). What is a respectful way of asking the timeline because of another active interview process?

So since it's 10-15 day, since I joined. Can I leave this company, since I've got a better offer, with my suitable location.

Please help me, can I still leave the company? And return the laptop to them. Or I have to continue here itself?

I have an offer for $130k for a senior attorney position in a boutique L&E firm. Also have a recruiter who thinks she can get me into another for $150-170k. Both are more than I’ve ever made (Denver, 17 yrs of experience but completely different practice areas).
