I would say you're fine, plenty of multinational companies are using English as their business language. Especially in Europe, you should be okay
Yes, some countries more than others. If they're countries where the language is Germanic, such as Germany or any Nordic country, you will be fine and be able to communicate easily with others. If it's somewhere else, it may be a bit more difficult.
Go for it! In the past I've worked for a Swedish company that paid everything for 4 years while I was working there, and up until this day, I don't know a lick of Swedish lol
It depends a lot on the location and who the company does business with. You *can* find English-only positions, but they aren't super common. It helps to be at lest conversational in the local language.
