I’m interested in working abroad but English is my only fluent language. Do most large companies in Europe operate primarily in English?

Of course, depends on the specific country but you can make a pretty safe bet that you'll be fine with just English in a good chunk of European countries

I would say you're fine, plenty of multinational companies are using English as their business language. Especially in Europe, you should be okay

Yes, some countries more than others. If they're countries where the language is Germanic, such as Germany or any Nordic country, you will be fine and be able to communicate easily with others. If it's somewhere else, it may be a bit more difficult.

Go for it! In the past I've worked for a Swedish company that paid everything for 4 years while I was working there, and up until this day, I don't know a lick of Swedish lol

It depends a lot on the location and who the company does business with. You *can* find English-only positions, but they aren't super common. It helps to be at lest conversational in the local language.

I just started meds yesterday and the change in my focus and attention to detail is mind blowing. My only concern is, just yesterday I had a tough feedback session with my manager around how I’m taking too long to complete my work, giving them anxiety around close deadlines. I’m new in the job (3 months in). Should I explain anything about my adhd to my manager or just wait for them to notice the change in me?
