EY 🐠: technically will get info via recruiter this week but curius how is the onboarding process? Havent gotten the background check yet. I start in November. Trying to understand the timing of recruiters sending out links for on onboarding. Also, in my application on Careers Page, it still says, “In technical interviews” even though my recruiter has already sent me Offer Terms. Is this anything to worry or am I just overthinking?

Never name, isn’t there a signed non solicitation? This would put it at risk, I believe.
No names. I can understand that they're trying to check your quals. If they press the point, perhaps give a client side title, but no more than that. Generally, there's a client side confidentiality issue here, and specifically, you might run up against a non-solicitation.
In other words, they’re asking “who are the people you know at this particular account” for an account lead role. Nothing confidential here. What’s unprofessional or solicitation related here? What’s the harm in sharing it?
What’s the etiquette? I understand not sharing names of client organizations, and that is a data confidentiality issue. But what risk does saying I work with x y z person at client A carry, when they already know you work at client A?
