I’m looking for a job change with 3 yrs of experience and a 60-day notice period.
I get recruiter calls, but interviews aren’t being scheduled due to preference for immediate joiners or budget limits.
I expect 12–13 LPA (40–50% hike). Seeking advice on managing long notice periods, improving shortlisting chances, and understanding realistic market expectations.

I recognize this is not a very good approach for someone with money "knowledge" and I would like to change this mindset. My main weakness is that I easily get bored of following the market and that I do not see big opportunities. Any advice?
