I’m starting the process of seeing a therapist. But my dreads still here. I’m panicking about being short on hours, falling behind on my cases and explaining to my boss I know I’m behind at work but I am working on it. Any advise will be greatly appreciated.

I’m currently a Grade 11 at Cisco. With the recent pay structure changes my annual comp will be $150k + 12% bonus. I live in a large metro area in the middle of the US. I’m looking to move around the company so that I can make commission but I don’t want to be an account manager.
