Quit
Most people have jobs. Some people even have careers. Which is a fancy word for a job you don’t hate and get reasonably compensated. But very few people have a Calling. Try to find your Calling. You may not find it at work. You may not even find it at all. But on the way you may find yourself.
Leave. There’s plenty elsewhere to do for smart people
I find there’s a correlation between my motivation and energy level. It’s a quick, potentially insufficient fix for you , but during periods where I’m not motivated by the case I work on, I tend to increase my caffeine intake. Otherwise there’s deeper questioning about your career path if that lack of motivation is pervasive.
Take a few personal days (holidays are a good time to do that), also see if there are any courses or learning opportunities that your firm offers that you can enroll in to enhance your skill set and set you up to support different types of engagements in the future - ideally in an area that interests/motivates you!

I'm in the same boat... my advice (also to myself) is figure out why, address that or else wait for it to pass, and have something to look forward to (i.e., sabbatical or extended vacation -- I'm going to take a few months off to travel!). Don't quit for realsies until you have something else lined up.
Figure out what motivates you, and then either seek it out externally (elsewhere) or try to relate what motivates you to the possibilities that are available to you at Bain.
Good managers figure out what motivates individual team members (promotion, learning, money, positive feedback, etc.), and then tie those things to the job at hand. In essence, you need to do that for yourself.
If it’s just this time of the year I’d say let this phase pass and you should be fine
Find what you like
Help someone else, or at least try to get perspective on how hat you do helps others. It's always better for me when I'm not focused on me.
I’m currently not motivated because I’m on the bench and I’m not socializing with people on the regular—office has been dead these past 2 weeks so it hasn’t been worth it to go
