I’m not sure what’s going on, but I find it impossible to find a job anywhere you know all these companies are hiring but are they really because they keep saying they close the application and then they reopen it again after they told me they wanted to move forward with other candidates And then two weeks later they got the same job posted back up so are they just waiting to hire people for after the inauguration or are they just pulling my chain?

Procedural question. I represent a hospital. Codefendant is a company that manufactures breast implants. Case was venued in NY state Supreme Court. Manufacturer defendant transferred case to MDL (we hadn’t answered yet). Plaintiff gave me stip of discontinuance with prejudice but now since case was removed I am unsure how to proceed. Do I file the stip in state court still? Does MDL have jurisdiction over the hospital? Can a hospital even be part of a MDL lawsuit? Very confused! Thank you!!!

Insurance Defense: Do your paralegals bill on your behalf? Or do they have their own billables? Reason I ask is because I would like to start billing more discovery (Drafting / Reviewing/ etc). Currently my paralegal bills almost all of the discovery (save for depositions). Wondering how I approach my boss and tell him something is off here.

Please give me a rough estimate on how much hike we can expect in my annual salary revision. I expected 8LPA when I joined. They gave me 5LPA with a promise of revision in 3months after joining. They inc it to 7.75LPA after 4m and during appraisal cycle gave 25k 11months to make it to 8LPA. In Oct my hike is due, so I would to like negotiate my hike. Please let me know how much I can ask for.
