We get a specific amount for hitting target. Then, for every tranche of 50 hours above target there are extra amounts to go get. There is also some discretion if ever someone doesn’t hit their target but it has nothing to do with performance or willingness to take on work.
10% at target and extra 5% for every 100 hours above up to 30%. They say it’s all discretionary but this is what everyone gets. Heard some firms (stikes and Blake’s) gives you 30% for hitting target.
Not true. You can get 30% for hitting 2200 hours.
