Im on an H1B at Deloitte. I want to move to the Dubai and have been getting some traction with two different consulting firms. I’ve used less than one year of my first H1B. Transfer can be done.

This is the second stamping on extension. Do I still have to go or can I use drop box for the L2?

As an Indian visa worker in US, I feel Indian managers in ZS are very rude to me , one makes me work longer hours than white team members , never lets me present in workshops , and always criticizes. Last week I made a mistake in a internal report and he said that if I did that again he will book my flight to India. I have never faced this challenge with white managers. Is this a ZS thing or across all firms, I wish to leave because this treatment makes me feel like a lesser person

How do you know when you have enough money? I got laid off in the spring, but don’t feel a pressing need to get a new job right away. Have 3 rental properties, all paid off, get about $3k/mth net from that, have about $200k in a 401k and another $200k in more-liquid investments. I spend less than $2k/mth and feel happy and comfortable. Not married and no kids... but would like that one day, so thinking of maybe saving some more money for that. Got an offer for a job that will start in February of 2022. I’m planning on giving my 2 weeks soon and taking a 2-3 month break before the next position starts to just relax and take some time off. I’m young now (mid 20s) and I don’t think I’ll get a chance to take several months off between jobs again after this. Will this gap in employment be a potential issue down the road? I may be thinking too much into this, but would like some advice. TIA
