We're paying close attention to email weight and split-testing content type. Single product vs. collection, layout, length, etc. All the recent ISP changes have been challenging to navigate, so we're really trying to dig into data to determine what resonates best and actually winds up in inboxes. We've also been sending more plain text campaigns, which have been surprisingly successful. We don't lean on this too heavily since it becomes less impactful the more you do it, but every 4-6 weeks we'll send one and they always produce great open and click through rates.

I like this. I may borrow some of this for my team. I think we need to be more intentional about what is crafted and sent when. Great feedback. Thanks.

We’re experimenting more with some unusual layouts, including more verticals. We’re keeping text to a minimum and when we do it, we’re popping out one select phrase in a contrasting color to really hammer home the One Big Idea we’re trying to sell.

I like this shift in design. I’m a big fan of keeping text to a minimum and using more images to tell the story or drive the CTA

Will Amex restricting guess access for Centurion Lounge actually make any difference?

I can see short term changes but the way Amex has been aggressively marketing Platinum card, we just will have overcrowding of primary card holders 🤷🏻‍♂️

What's next, everyone has to spend min. 50k a year to get Centurion lounge access or pay per visit.
