I’m pivoting from customer service to customer success in my current saas company. I will be extremely entry level in this position as I’ve never held this title.
The salaries posted on my companies page states the average salary range is 67k - 113k for this role.

What do you suggest I say is my pay expectation? Obviously I’m expecting to be on the lower end as I’d be entry level but I don’t want to low ball myself either.

Appreciate any advice.

I would look at what I am currently making with the company and go up from there depending on what you are currently making with that company I would go with at least 10 to 15 % more than the base amount listed as long as you have been with the same company for some time or even you can you can say give you 7.5 % now and than see how you are working out in 90 days and if you are doing well at your new position you will get the the other 7.5%

I rented a house that had been vacant for a bit & the prior tenant didn’t do a thorough job cleaning up. Agent indicated the owner would be open to having the house cleaned but I would need to have the house professionally cleaned when I moved out (that was fine w me). I just received the bill from the owner for $250, which is super annoying bc there was no expectation communicated that I would foot the bill for this, more so bc the cleaner did a LOUSY job. Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile. I got small relocation package. Would internal move be subject to a buy-out/clawback clause if I leave now and if yes, is it time in role or time under new contract? Any experience? Thanks!

I’m interviewing for a marketing manager role at a company based in SF. I’m genuinely excited about the role and the company but we’ve yet to discuss salary. I expect to be asked at some point, but my research has given me a VERY broad range. So I’m here to do a bit more research. I’ve got 5 very relevant years of experience and will have an associate manager directly reporting to me. Are there any marketers out there who can share their salaries in similar regions and experience levels?
