Things are now very different, huge numbers of applications and ATS screening…being assessed for fit feels so gamed, impersonal, non contextual. That some companies actually encourage applying even if you don’t have every qualification…huh? ATS likely won’t let you through to the human review round? So I had my NIPT and NT scans last week and I’ve been getting pieces of the results back from my doctor in the patient portal. All seems okay but I’m a bit confused. Does anyone know if FirstScreen is the same thing as NIPT? I was under the impression that NIPT was in 90th percent of certainty for Down syndrome but the result we got, labeled FirstScreen indicate 83% certainty so I’m confused if there are more results coming? I messaged the doctor but haven’t heard back yet.
