Yep! I think mine is from these huge honkers on my chest. I just ordered new bras, hoping it helps.
I had this - agree with SM1 that it was likely the larger boobs and then belly pulling me forward. I think I started to slump more. I tried some stretching to help but it didn’t get better until I delivered. And in fact, my ribs started hurting pretty bad by middle of 3rd trimester. The joys of pregnancy!
Yes! I’ve been going to physical therapy for my back throughout pregnancy and it has worked wonders. Highly recommend for managing the pain
Definitely try some more supportive bras. I actually wear low impact sports bras most days…that’s the only way I can get through the day without my upper back hurting
