I’m seeking some advice, please. I’m a recent graduate and a cardiac sonographer, but I’m struggling to find a job. Everywhere I’ve applied requires experience, even though they know I’m just starting out. My concern is that sonography requires constant practice, and being without a job makes me worry about losing my scanning skills.

I’m a newly graduate from a community college. My program of study was Health Information Technician. I passed my RHIT exam a month ago, and I’ve been applying to jobs in state, out of state, and remotely to only receive “sorry you were not selected email.”I don’t have experience and I know that’s the reason I’m not getting selected. I keep getting denied due to lack of experience but to even get the job I have now (case manager) the company knew one of my family members and they gave me a chance to interview because of that. For these remote companies where I don’t have connections how can I transition over?
