I’m 23 and I live in the bay area my last job was a security guard, but I’ve worked mostly in sales. I’m open to any and all jobs. I just want to explore all possibilities to see what might fit me. Former client( filed a bar grievance that was dismissed, sent me a demand letter that an attorney responded to on my behalf, and filed a BBB complaint against my non-BBB law firm) has now pro se filed a lawsuit against me in small claims court. Alleging misrepresentation, failure to file a lawsuit, and failure to advise during the process. I have phone logs, emails, and billing notes (all of which she has) that show she’s lying. Should I notify my malpractice carrier? All advice appreciated!

So I've been applying for jobs with various brands who are owned by the same parent company. They are all separate brands but owned by the same company. All my applications are under one login with the parent company's website. My question is, can HR and recruiters from the different brands see all my open applications (including those with the other brands) or just the ones that concern the brand they work for?

Yesterday my younger brother called me looking for good hidden swimming spots in the mountains. He was up there with a bunch of friends and their original plans had fallen apart hard. And I go much more often than he does.
