Hi All,
After ED round of interview I got a mail from HR asking to submit few documents. In the mail HR has mentioned that I'm one of the shortlisted candidate and final selection is yet to be made. So how are my chances of getting an offer.
Is it something common that happens in JPMC.

Hi fishes,
How is the wlb in Amex?
Hi Team, Can someone advise on this - I completed 2 rounds with Infosys, 1 technical and 1 managerial. Right after the managerial round I got email from HR to fill an application form and give other details. It has been 3 days since then and no update. On the portal it is showing 3 interviews as green and in review data in yellow. What does this mean? Tech - DevOps / 5.8 years Infosys

I've been on a break from the gym since February. I got really tired of my personal trainer always telling me something had to have a narrative. Like I had to overcome those obstacles when sometimes I just want to go play with the heavy circles.
The break has been really nice because it's made me realize I don't have to over complicate this. I have a history of under eating so I need to make sure I eat enough and high quality food especially when I'm exercising. I know that a 10-minute workout is better than no workout. And I know that I have to prioritize my sleep.
You got this!!!
You do sound like me when it comes to the over complicating things part. I’ve been working on shifting my mindset to more positive self talk and not focusing so much on aesthetics but rather my overall health. I’m going to just keep consistent and try not to over think and complicate it.
Are you walking a lot? I feel like the most insane changes in my body happened when i stopped thinking more intensity is the answer. I went on two hour long walks without fail everyday and its the most dramatic change I've seen. Don't give up your current great habits, but maybe stack it with this and see?
I’ve been debating on getting a walking pad to increase my steps. I tend to get 10k steps in a day. But now I’m hearing 15k should be the goal. I’m working on body recomposition. There’s so much info out there it makes me overwhelmed. I want to lift heavier weights but I’m pretty intimidated to do so
Hi: Writing in support of your journey. Consume as much protein as you can. Eat small meals and stay hydrated. Do not focus on the scale - focus more on getting some weight training in which you can also find on YouTube.
In addition, visualize yourself moving towards your goal as it is a process. The weight did not come on over night, it came on gradually. As such, be accountable to yourself and stay consistent with your fitness routine. If you get bored try new workouts.
