I have been seeing all of these "studies" saying that many people prefer working in the office versus working from home... I'm doubting these results and want to conduct my own little poll.

Hi all, I’d love to hear from PR/Comms folks about the process of transitioning from agency to an in-house role. What kind of chance does a PR pro with ~7 years of solid experience across CPG and hospitality brands, including a mix of global agency work and smaller boutique firms, have at going in house? I have been on bench since I joined the firm 3 months ago. Now I have got project but still on bench. I have got mail regarding not raising snapshots because I was on bench so i didn't do anything except trainings and some learning. I don't have hours to raise snapshot for.

What shall I do in this case? I am very much worried that if i don't have any project hours to show, will they fire me or what actions are supposed to be taken ? Thanks.

Anyone deal with this before: I inherited a severely under developed team including a sr analyst who clearly was doing the bare minimum, if that. Over the last 6 months I have had to coach him and correct simple mistakes in his work and recently it got so bad that I told him he would receive a low rating in his evaluation.
