I'm tired of our firm's $50 gift cards as appreciation, especially after our project was chosen as the best among 50 projects. The reward feels inadequate - just peanuts and some swag. How does your company reward success? I'd rather ask for a bonus increase than receive these seemingly worthless appreciation cards.

529 Plan VERSUS Prepaid

We live in Florida and currently have a Freshman in High School and a 16 month old. We hear from our friends and family with college bound children "I wish we would have done Florida PrePaid." After obviously ignoring this for years, we are finally trying to do it before "it's too late" for both children.
