I’m traveling to do a final interview lunch with a female partner in NY this week. I don’t have a suit in mind for this, but what would you wear? I’m thinking collared shirt and dress pants.

I would buy a suit.

A suit never hurts. If you’re not going to do a suit I would at least do a blazer.

Like blouse, dress pants and cute blazer

I’d wear some sort of jacket over a dress or top and pants.

If you can find info about her, wear what she wears

Whatever you do, wear a blazer.

Hi all! My brother has 8 YOE post his Masters with a US bank in their rates trading division as a software developer- managing, supporting and developing software for pricing trade executions, risk management and reporting requirements for the trading desk. He wants to pivot out of banking and maybe look for an opportunity with FAANG or with MBB/Tier2 consulting. Any inputs on how to go about this transition, what hiring managers look for and if consulting is an option? TIA

Has anyone found a way to automate salary certifications?

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?

Hi Fishers,

43 days has passed in PDP with Timeline for me and there are still no projects avaliable on TMP based on my current skill set. I am upskilling my self as my Home manager asked me but this long period on PDP with Timeline is really making me nervous.
Should I be prepared for the worst and start looking for job change?
Anyone faced such an situation please suggest.
Thanks in Advance!
