I’ve had similar instances over the years. I just block out the time on my calendar and let my manager know I have an appointment. I keep it extremely vague and if needed just say it’s personal or health related. If it’s not something that happens on a day to day basis it’s not that big of a deal. Also if able you are able to flex your time or just do the interviews during your lunch (if you have the ability to change your lunch break) managers don’t really pay that much attention. Again just from my experience
