But not everyone in risk or doing risk things defaults to making a framework. Plenty of opportunity to do tactical things using a framework though. But not all risk people are builders.

If you want to master a topic you teach it. Teaching adds credibility, allows you to build a personal brand, and establishes you as an expert in the field. Teaching a topic forces you to learn every detail. Students are brutal!!! I’ve taught architecture and integration in companies and briefly in a college. Hardest thing I’ve ever done.

My friend’s parent’s jewelry store has a Bluesy (ref 16613) in “like new” condition + box from 2008 for 10k. I had been contemplating buying a Rolex, but wasn’t super set on it. Is this a solid deal? Chrono24 seems to have couple years older ones for around 8-10k in very good/with papers, so not sure if I should keep shopping around

With product design questions, I struggle to identify user groups. Once I do everything starts flowing and I’m confident. But the initial identification of user groups is something I find challenging. What’s your go-to way of doing this? For example, the question “design a podcasting app for truck drivers.” What types of truck drivers can I select so that I can prioritize a user group to focus on and begin identification of pain points and solutions?
