In an interview is it ok to ask what are current issues the team is facing? I've read mixed reviews. Thanks

I think it's okay to ask the question, but perhaps phrase it in a way that doesn't sound inordinately negative. Asking about the current work without implying things are problematic would be key, that's what I mean. My instinct in interviews is to look ahead and try to strike a generally optimistic tone.

Started a new job search about 2 weeks ago. Of the 14 recruiter screening calls I’ve gone through, all went amazingly well, and I’ve only heard back at all from 4 since the calls. Why?

So I’m engaged in an interview process for a top FinTech company. It started the 1st week of August and just now I’ve gotten word from my recruiter that they didn’t update on any decisions made. I had my 3rd & final interview last Friday. My recruiter doesn’t communicate well nor does she let me communicate with the company direct. May I being led on? Am I still in the race for this role in your opinion with the details stated. Please message me if you would like to know more in detail.

Any advice for final round interviews for PE associate roles? Any unique questions you’ve seen? Any tips on how to standout?

How can I get over this feeling? I'm over the whole "stand in the line of fire to prove how good I am" bs. Any recommendations for getting over this or possible industries to pivot into to avoid bs interview processes and ghosting?
