I have had several rounds of interviews for a role at Visa London office. When I reached out to the HR to check on progress/status after what they called the "final round", they said everything is positive and then set up another round with the hiring manager last week. TBH, that round seemed as if they want to make sure I have understood the job well. And there has been radio silence after that. Any idea how to read this? I have another offer and deliberating if i should just accept that.

I have a friend who is going thru smth similar rn (5 YOE but the same place he interned at & never left). Def have it reviewed by someone who knows your field, he tried to use a friend of a friend who does them professionally but her experience is more in HR so she was confused by some of the accounting stuff he'd put. You can start w the automatic analyzers on some websites (i never hired someone to help me but have used the Ladders one when changing jobs). Also def tailor it to what you're applying to. IE he was coming from tax but was applying to both general accounting and tax, but his resume was very tax heavy. The gc told him multiple times to emphasize his accounting experience and utilize key words from the postings he was applying to and we were ignored until he kept getting rejections. Finding work via online postings seems to be a lot more about keywords than true substance just to get to the interview phase. If you're leaning on your network then substance can matter more.
