Please suggest me how to negotiate in the below scenario:

Company Y is offering 4L more than company X. But I like company X. When I renegotiate with company X 's HR, definitely she won't agree and she will tell like they don't have that much budget.
But I am ok if they provide 3L hike from the current offer they provided.
Please tell me how to negotiate

In my offer letter it's mentioned ' ey gds India LLP ' ?

I don't know what this is .... Is this ey gds or ey India ?
