Infosys The worst ever interview experience with Infosys. I had technical, MR, salary discussion and document sharing virtually completed in a week. In order to formally record F2F discussion, I went to Infy office in Bellandur with my new born baby. Later they slowed down the process, kept the position on hold since client withdraw the requirement and today they updated my application as “ Rejection after interview”. Is this the valuable reason??Why they hire when not sure of the requirement?

Is it misleading to just look at Total Compensation from a $ dollar value/ Total Compensation seems to be much more subjective than base salary in terms of its value. Some factors might be:

RSUs granted on dollar value or by # of shares & stock price trends
Vesting schedule
strike price on ISOs & delta between strike price and real market value

For instance, most of value in Amazon's comp seems to be granted in years 3 & 4, but it's well known that most people last only 2 years max there.
