What are your thoughts on going PhD after EMBA? Any personal experiences?

Looking for advice! I was approved to work remotely but my salary will decrease 10%. I received two raises so the decrease brings me down to my previous salary. I was told that it’s due to the cost of labor in the area.

I’ve been with my company for 8+ yrs, I love my manager and the work I do (engagement, recognition, & wellness programs) but I feel like I’m limiting myself since I have the experience, an HRM degree, and SHRM-CP credentials.

Where’d you get your MBA? Looking at a 10 course program 30 cr hours for 19,000 USD. The school is AASCB credited. It would be an MBA with a a focus on management and transformational leadership.

I have an interview for an in house position (only attorney) at a small non-profit focused on conservation easements. I am a transactional associate at a mid sized law firm. The prospect of freedom from the billable hour and contributing to meaningful work are the draws. The cons are that while the salary at the non-profit would only be slightly less than what I am making now, pay increases and opportunities for advancement will be much less than where I am now. Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.

Why is this top Ivy-league school not talked about much in MBA forums? I spoke to some really quality Alums who loved the program. Their hybrid approach with one week residential classes at their suburban flagship campus Ithaca, and weekend classes at Cornell Tech in NYC sounds very appealing for Tech freaks like me at least.
