Interacting with people on a worldwide basis is great, my favorite part of working in logistics is the people I get to meet

These connections not only allow you to learn about other cultures, but also to make new friends in other parts of the world.

It may seem crazy to you, but my change of job came thanks to the fact that the person with whom I was related to make my old company successful recommended me for a logistics management position in his company, my surprise is that I did not know anything, this new company offered me a great salary and many benefits. When I was finally selected, they told me who recommended me.

It has drawbacks, too. So many cultures have unwritten rules in business that you'll never get anywhere without knowing. I had MANY embarrassing mistakes early on. I do agree though, the variety of people I get to work with is amazing.

I have gotten a verbal offer from Facebook, but I just had my phone screen interview with the hiring manager at Amazon yesterday. I want to reach out to the recruiter at Amazon and let them know what the timeline looks like. I would much rather have the Amazon job over the Facebook one. But I’m afraid if I decline Facebook then Amazon won’t happen. I’m just completely lost.
