If your coworker says that everything is fine, then it's probably best to just give them some space and see if the behavior changes.
It's probably best to just give her some space for now. She might be having a bad day or something. If it continues, you can always ask if you did something wrong.
Don't worry about it! People are often in low spirits and don't feel like talking to others. It's probably nothing personal. Do you know if she's been going through something lately?
