I definitely feel a bit underpaid but I'm hoping to get a promotion soon

Agreed, I need my salary raised ASAP

So what would you say is appropriate compensation for your role?

We are significantly underpaid. Definitely believe with all the work I am doing, 85K is what my salary should be

Looking for input on changing positions from a Buyer to an International Logistics Coordinator. I have international freight experience and have a potential opportunity. Financially, the move makes a lot of sense. Would this be good for career trajectory? For context, I have been a buyer for several years and this is my first 'real' job, so pretty early in my career.

Welcoming any feed back on my resume. I have been applying to supply chain roles (primarily planning and procurement) since May and have not received any interviews. Would love to hear any recommendations on what is missing and/or what kind of roles I should steer toward based on my experience. Thanks and happy holidays!
