Moved everything quickly from in person to online, and we were able to transition fully and rapidly. Some team members needed training on some things so we provided it for them.
We established remote work policies, encouraged social distancing, and provided employees with information on how to stay healthy. No one was allowed to come into the office, and this remains two years later.
We increased our stock of supplies and made contingency plans for potential disruptions. This helped us to continue operating smoothly during this time of uncertainty.
Started focusing on local suppliers instead of internationally, as we did before. We were able to find higher quality products that are a bit more expensive, but it's what we can do for now.
Funnily enough, our company was founded in 2014 as a remote logistics company, so covid didn't really affect us at all.
