There is no general range for a director...it depends on the job function. A director in ops will typically make less all in than a VP in front office/sales role. Be more specific
My limited data point says around 300k-400k all in. This is based on rumors so take it with a huge bucket of salt
The above isn't too far off... Depending on the size of the bank and"class" base should be somewhere between 225-300 and you should be looking at 40-75% bonus depending on role, targets and overall business.. overall around 400 is probably right/slightly towards high end of range

To give you more details, my team oversees the global strategy for one of the largest global banks. Said director had 6-7 years of experience in strategic roles with MBB experience and MBA from a M7 school.
